Mrs D I have a ? is it unusual to have normal d levels yet have osteoporsis? That is what I have but it seems like most people have both if they have osteo.
Cher I use metagenics for the magnesium glycinate. I saw a holsitic doc who suggested there products. I don't know if they are anything special or it is cause he makes money off them. Just know from the boards magnesium is good to take.
