You are so right it does have to hurt to get better.

I have been tentatively dismissed as of Monday from PT.

Because of the issues I've had before when dismissed.
I go back in 3 weeks to double check on my shoulders.
I'm thankful for my wonderful PT also. And the others
there that have helped me.
