Default Contrast

No, no contrast this time. I had it the first two though. They did a blood test before, creatine? Don't know if it wasn't right, so they didn't use it this time. That kind of made me wonder if they couldn't make a diagnosis without it?

Did they use contrast with your MRI's? They would have injected it intravenously if they did.

An MS diagnosis is usually an elimination of other conditions first....so it takes a while. I don't think you're too old to get that diagnosis. You could have had MS for a long time before anyone diagnosed it. I know I did. I was 45 when I was given my dx.

I hope they determine what's causing your symptoms. It's hard not to know or have a name for what's going on. Hang in there. It's a lengthy process for many of us who've eventually gotten the MS dx.
