Hello Moonstar man do I know how you feel when I'm on the computer some days not long I find my self falling asleep not being able to keep my eyes open and just falling asleep I have crashed down on my keyboards and hit my head on my computer screen so many times lol  and sometimes I feel I sleep with my eyes open as time just seems to pass by. My kids see me in the evening and say Daddy passed out again, it is a real struggle to keep going some days when the kids are home from school I have to stay on top of things and fight not to pass out other times after PT I haft to fight to not pass out on the therapist at home she has caught me several times so I dont fall down and when my wife is home after work it is a relief for me to just be able to pass out.
