Hello, Pauline. Welcome to NeuroTalk.

The general rule of thumb with vitamin D is 1000IU of D3 /10ng/ml on the test. To get you in range, at the lowest number 50... you'll need 4000IU a day. You can then get retested in 6 mos or so and see if you have come up properly.

What did you doctor say to do?

The B12 should be taken on an empty stomach. (I hope it is NOT extended release kind). You could start at 2 of them and do that for a month or 2 and then go back to 1 a day. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption.
