I've been using Puritan's Pride vitamins for years. Thankfully I don't have to go gluten free. And with the economy, anytime I can save twenty bucks on my vitamins and Methyl B-12 to boot, well, I'll go for it.
I think the Methyl B-12 is starting to help Alan.
Today he didn't have as much neuropathy pain, but then again, we are having a mini-hurricane in NYC. And any time there is a hard hard rain, he goes "Ah, my feet feel good".
He slept 9 straight hours from when he went to bed.
So we cross our fingers, eat right, and take vitamins and minerals.
And I sprout.
