Please don't try to go it alone with your girls...it's too overwhelming and you need grief therapy yourself. You have much more on your plate than anyone should have. A weaker person would break under this load and there you are, trying to be all things to all people. Don't try to "give back"...not yet, it's too soon. Just taking care of youself and your children is more than enough.
