Thank you everyone who replied. It's nice to know i'm not alone. Some days it's hard to cope with the constant pain and depression that come with Fibro. I miss the days when I could chase my grand babies around and just have a normal day. I have read alot of the helpful suggestions mentioned in the links provided. I am going to my neuro next week and I will bring some of the treatments to his attention. Hopefully between all we can come up with something that will work for me.
