aint it the truth, lol.....have you always been a little edgy/mood swings?
if so, menapause may have been the trigger for full blown BD....sleep deprivation also may be an issue.....are you a "sandwich" generation member?
that stress on top of others...which ever doc you can get into first, between psych and endo, just make sure you get to both...
