I think it's great you keep finding things you can have as a diabetic that please you. Keep at it.

I just went to the diabetic forum and posted the link to my video on youtube.

Tonight I made Alan veggies with the noodles and tomato sauce.

For me, I made beef lo mein. WITHOUT THE BEEF, and using the noodles. I use Gardein Beef Tips.

I never enjoyed a meal like that in QUITE A LONG TIME.

These noodles are wonderful.
