Sorry to rain on your parade, but neuropathy
(PN, SF, etc) is a
chronic illness with
no known cure.....
yet.
Sometimes the progression can be halted, sometimes even reversed a bit.
But
probability is that you will have it, until a cure is found..... or your diagnoses determines a cause that can be corrected
(usually decompression of nerves, by surgery - ''Dellon'' treatment).
