Dear Moonstar
it really sounds like guillan barrie - when I was on the rehab ward I knew someone that had had it - literally got this virus like flu and within 24 hours had tro be on a respirator, lost all the use of his arms and legs etc. It just causes very sudden muscle weakness and nerve issues.
I don't think it is painful - but it is definetly VERY scary.
