Hi Finlady,
We have been having some nicer weather lately so today I took advantage of it and did yard work too. It was so good to get out. We have had a snowy Winter and then lots of rain.

I do exercise every night after my shower, while my muscles are still warm. I also practice my balance on one foot even while brushing my teeth. I may hold on to the bathroom sink counter, but I am on one foot, which I couldn't do for a long time.

Practice makes, not perfect, but it helps give strength and muscle back to my legs and ankles, which used to wobble constantly for years.

I have found just these little things can go a long way to re-teach your brain to signal new pathways, and it sure helps.

I find if I do something like yard work, food shopping, or one store visit, the next day will be my rest-up day. This is how I manage my fatigue so my timer doesn't run out before I get something done.

It is great to take breaks, that was good you did that. Plus getting over heated is not good, as we all know. It goes a long way to help rest your legs and muscles when you over-use them.

Keep up a routine, and with that, and some sunshine, helps with those low moody days. Keeping the body and mind busy, even hacking the bushes, Lol helps too.

You're doing great, keep it up.
