Thanks guys for letting me vent! It helps to know we're not alone with these struggles.

Lady, I'm getting back to a more regular routine with my yoga. Which has been a bit frustrating since I have to work back up to one of the poses because I lost that balance, but it should come back with time.
I also broke down and brought trekking poles. I love hiking, but my legs get tired a lot sooner than they used to, so decided to get some help with that. I researched some unpaved hiking trails near here. Got a camelbak for my water and ice, and will probably start doing some of that next week - reminding myself to do a little bit at a time. (that whole patience thing again.

) Start with 10 minutes (5 out, 5 back) and build from there.
I just can't believe how out of shape I am, even having lost ten pounds from changing some of my eating and drinking habits.

But hoping I can build some of that endurance up. But I know also that the MS is an up and down thing - some days will just be more frustrating than others.
