Default So Sorry to hear this!

How long ago was his surgery that caused the spinal leak?
I'm shocked that his Dr isn't helping him get thru this horribly painful time!

From what little I was told of spinal leaks when I had a Lumbar Surgery procedure was that they ARE treatable. Lying flat and consuming caffeine was mentioned.....? But don't do that unless a medical professional confirms it.

They made it sound to me that, indeed it is very painful, but it WILL pass.
The only reason I was concerned and wanting this info is because it was possible to have been a side-effect of the procedure I had. I didn't fall victim tho.

Won't his Dr give him something for the pain?!

You'll get more responses to your questions.....i just wanted to say how sorry I am you are watching your son deal with this.....

Truly Caring
Rae
