I am being attacked by either woodpeckers or flickers!
Nothing like waking up to various RAT A TAT TATS!!!!!!! around the house exterior in the last week? I am glad they are back, More glad that they are not Pileated W'P's here [haven't seen them for about 10 years?] But these guys are really doing a number on the house? I can't figger it out? There are trees around much more ideal for them than my house.
Anyone have ideas other than a super sprayer? We only had a 'downy' last year do almost a 3 inch hole in some siding, which we spackled in and made unattractive as a result? I love my wood siding, I also dislike the vynil alternatives.... Any one have any good ideas? Thanks in advance...when they get the 'gutters?' It's quite an amazing sound! - j
