Glad you've already found the Peripheral Neuropathy forum here--great group of people and an amazing list of links at the top in the Useful Webistes section; collectively the contributions define a database that probably overmatches any other currently available on-line. And that includes info about nutritoin to help neuropathy--and the somewhat controversial connection between statins and myopathy/neuropathy (the latter is a topic that's been discussed for quite a while but has only recently and grudingly begun to be acknowledged by the medical establishment, as the pharma companies may have a lot of liability and monetary losses there).
How much testing have you had to determine the casue of your symptoms (if such a cause can indeed be found)? I highly recommend the Liza Jane spreasheets--these were developed by a number of us on the baord to be as comprehesive a list of potential tests for neuropathic symtpoms we could think of:

A good way to check what you've had, suggest new tests to docs, and track results over time.
