Your situation reminds me of that old joke by Henny Youngman, which you are too young, "man", to remember. Sorry, couldn't resist.

The patient says, "Doctor, it hurts when I do this." "Then don't do that!"

Who should you believe? YOU. Tyson, always trust your instincts. If it feels like it's MG, then it probably is. There may be something else contributing like an underlying condition or a side effect of one or more drugs. Whatever is making you feel week, it appears to get worse the more you do.

I'd be confused too.

Some things aren't so easy to figure out right away. It can take time. When in doubt, err on the side of caution.
