Me either, Jo, and it's very difficult for me to deal with.

In fact, I find this all most frightening sometimes. I used to have the memory of an elephant and could do so many things at once, but I can not do it anymore. It is scary. I sometimes wonder if it's normal aging for me or what... oh well, better not worry too much, that makes it all worse. I've been reading lately about what damage excess cortisol can do to certain parts of the brain, and heck, here I have been living on a tightrope in a high state of stress/arousal/panic all of my life, and I mean all of it. I fear I am doomed.
