I like the new names of the week. There will be no friskyness here, I'm afraid, as I am coming out of a 3 day Pain Flare. I'm pushing through it - managed to do my home excercises given to me by my Physical Therapist today, even with my dog jumping all over me.

Bizi - I'm sure going to the gym had an effect on your sleep. You are doing a great job - keep it up

Sue - When I had my kids and their friends at my house all the time, I felt like all I did was cook and clean up. But I really miss those times with the kids now that they are gone. The trick is to enjoy them without loosing your mind .
