I noticed that about an hour to an hour and a half after I take my Sinemet 25/100(three times a day), I start to have pain in the tops of my feet. My right foot is worse than my left. It feels as if somebody has stepped on my foot and bruised the top of it. It actually feels bruised inside and it makes walking uncomfortable. If I flex or point my foot it sometimes causes a charley horse. I mentioned this to my doctor at my last appointment and he told me that it is basically caused by the ebb and flow of dopamine in the brain. I am just curious, how many other people experience this?
