Thanks Annie! You were really the voice of reason when i really needed it...I can talk myself out of anything.

And this really WAS a wake up call. I am still living my life normally and pushing myself to get things done, same amount of rest....and I just can not do that anymore. I really NEED to stop and slow down and get REST.

I don't know why this is easier said then done...
