Glad to hear you are OK. Please do take care of your rotator cuff tear, I had rotator cuff teaar in my right shoulder, steroid injections were great as they masked pain and gaave back arm movement. But that made muscle tears big and started neeew ones and soon it was frozen shoulder. I would not wish frozen shoulder pain for anyone. i am sure you know what you are doing. Just adding my two cents worth
