Falling backwards has to be the scariest...so glad you weren't injured. i'm very sorry to hear that your shoulder has been painful for so long. I got the shots for my back and it still, apprx. between 2-3 years later is pain free [on that side]. Now the other side is acting up but PT helps.

Don't blame yourself for the fall. You are all heroes everyday just for getting out of bed.
