I too had the "Lyrica Backfire" thing....! I've finally lost the 30lbs I gained (it was RAPID and alarming weight gain)
I was on this med for about 8 months. Perfectly fine teeth all my life.....
I too, had a bottle of water EVERYwhere i went because some of the meds I take DO cause drymouth and so I always had water on hand.
I recently was reading in an older medical manual and it DID actually list (not Lyrica by name, as it wasn't around yet) but it said that 'anti-seizure' medication is a culprit for dental problems!

This is certainly something people should at least be aware of!
Some do good on Lyrica, but like you, I have nothing good to say about it. Biggest regret of my life.
