This is what is happening.

It happens to me too when I try and copy a post of my own:
The hyperlink command does not copy over when used, and also the "abbreviated" links do not copy or work. One has to
go back either to the original text as it appears in on this forum and copy/paste it with the url tags. This is how the text box functions are set up on bulletin boards. (they are not like MS Word which would copy the link in toto for you)

When I copy a link from a post from here, I actually click on it
and go to the link and take that link addy from the address on the newly opened window and put THAT in the post.

I'll edit your post, Rick for you. If you have any other questions just let me know. I just checked and they all copied over.
