Question

Low blood flow to the brain can be from blocked blood vessels, or from constriction (caffeine for example).

I think a doctor would be the best source for recommendations here. Alot depends on your general health, age, other medical issues that might be present.

Do you have high blood pressure?

Inflammation of the blood vessels? Have you had a c-reactive protein level measured?
