I also have a lot of fliud on my left ankle which resulted from a recent injury. Both arms are extremely painful. I am hoping that the HBOT will get me back to where I use to be.
How are you doing? Please drop a note and let me know. Thanks for the welcome back! Good to be back home.

Yes stress can be a real challenge those of us with on RSD, I've been through very similar very difficult family situations so I know what of you speak. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to continue with the HBOT as I know it has really helped you in the past. I do hope you'll be able to get back on track again very soon. In the meantime are you able to find some quiet time for yourself to meditate or do some deep breathing exercises? Those 2 things have helped me get through life's challenges until I can get back to my lidocaine infusions.

It's so good to see you posting again.

Warm wishes.
