Can I join in?
I'm not calorie counting but I am changing the way I eat....and what I eat. Since last Friday I have lost 6 pounds!!
No Cokes (or any carbonated drinks), just water, no sugar, more fruits and whole grains, less processed food, more protein, less fat. I feel
so much better....it's amazing.
Oh, and the one thing I think has made the biggest difference is the Activia I am eating everyday for breakfast. That stuff's amazing!
