If I stay put and do very little, I can have a day that is almost symptom free as long as I'm rested and don't do anything for too long at a stretch.
My eyesight is always below par, no matter what, and ditto my hearing, but some of this is due to aging.
While staying put, I have to keep the temperature bearable. That means wearing appropriate clothes and watching the thermostat, opening windows as needed.
I fall a lot, and falls tend to happen when I've been overdoing.
