Believe it or not I think is a hard question to answer.

I can do almost everything around the house but I use easy ways to do things. If I mop the floor I sit on a small computer chair and move it around. I can't bend and keeping mopping. If I do I get fatigued from overheating.

So fatigue is there right under the surface just waiting to rear its ugly head. I have the HUG most of the time.

I need time in the morning to get all the body parts moving, so I walk from window to window and then sit, then do this again. Lots of coffee.

I am very stiff in my C-spine from lots of disc-narrowing, some spurs, and a few spasms from sleeping like the dead in one place. So some Arthritis is there. Once I get moving I am good to go.

Some hearing loss, and a new dx of dry eyes, and the awful foot and leg burning periodically at night and in the day.

My numbness and tingling is gone. Tremors under control with Clonazepam. I haven't had a balance problem or other pain since LDN. But I do have to hold on in the shower to the bar or when I close my eyes to shampoo I would fall over. I need light and my eyes open for balance.

In a dark room I have to hold on to a wall or fall over. I light the room before entering. I did fall in the bedroom when it was dark but luckily I landed on the bed. I did stub my toe on the bed leg and had some choice words with myself. Ouch!

The electric shocks are gone, the itch is down to almost nothing. When really tired and overdoing things I can bounce off the walls until I nap. Then I am good to go again.

I can't do the big family dinners anymore, too much work and exhausting. My B & B plumbing is fine. I have been known to have a problem with spelling and word retrieval, so I use another word to replace it. My handwriting is the pits, but it never was anything special.

Cold weather and hot and humid weather bother me. If I go out one day, I stay in the next to re-coup. I can go to one or two stores and that's it. No more malls for me. That is like running a marathon for me. Too much walking.

I couldn't say when I was symptom free, so I wrote what I still have. I am sure there is more, but I can't think of them right now. Cog-fog? Lol

I still can't complain at all, unless I relapse then all my current symptoms and some old ones worsen and try to slip in with the rest. I am better now than I was two years ago, TG.
