I don't see how LTD can deny you when you won your SSDI. Makes no sense to me at all. I do have fill out paperwork every 2 yrs though to keep getting it. When I turn 62 I will no longer get it though. They figure when you hit retirement age they don't need to pay you anything.

Hi Debby, I had no idea that you could get LTD and SSDI both. Usually, in all of the cases I have heard they have to pay back the LTD. I was under the impression that LTD was a carryover until you recieved your SSDI. But good for you!
