I gave him Tiz this time with no extra Baclofen and so far so good. He says his body feels tight though so maybe we could look into alternating. How much are you taking? Jim's on 20mgs three times a day for Bac and 8mgs three times a day for Tiz.
Jim's spinal doc is not a fan of the pump for several reasons. Mainly infection. Not sure how the neuro feels. Jim wont ask because he's not a fan either.

It really depends on the day for me, I have carte blanche on dosing and I go through 150+ 2mg tiz and 90+ 10mg bac every month.
The highest dose of tiz I've taken so far is 10mg at 4 hours along with 10mg bac at the other 4th hour. I can only handle those mega doses if there are no productive plans, it makes me a little spacey.
I agree with Jim about the pump, while many have felt it is a miracle for them, I'm still quite reluctant to do it for the same reasons as Jim's. Also because I don't want to be forced to go in for the routine fills— particularly in foul winter weather.
I totally sympathize with the sensitivity to cold; in it, I go stiff as a board (and not light as a feather

) from head to toe and literally can't move or bend anything. This freakin' disease is such a crapshoot!
