I rarely get them anymore, but you feel that quick shot of pain and then the leg shoots upward, I noticed this only in the recliner or in bed. Maybe once or twice and that's it per day with relapse.

Thank you for the article Lady. Yes, it helped...and sounds like what I'm experiencing. I get them several times a day and sometimes when I am in bed, or sitting or standing. It doesn't really seem to matter. But I 'think' I've been in a relapse for quite some time. Starting to wondering if I'm really in a relapse or if the progression is just here to stay.
