Thank you for the article Lady. Yes, it helped...and sounds like what I'm experiencing. I get them several times a day and sometimes when I am in bed, or sitting or standing. It doesn't really seem to matter. But I 'think' I've been in a relapse for quite some time. Starting to wondering if I'm really in a relapse or if the progression is just here to stay.
