It is now the next morning (Pancake + 2400 hr) and definite worsening of condition since yesterday morning. Not functioning as well (say 75%) and don't "feel good". Now I will go back to "good boy" mode and see how recovery goes. If this is indeed the result of reacting with gluten, the difference is enough that there would be no contest - gluten's gotta go.
