My VEEG was the standard sort with all the electrodes outside - on my hair - lol. But I had only a 15' cable and I was NOT allowed to leave the bed. I could not even swing my legs over the edge of the bed !!

When I needed to go to the bathroom I had to push the button for help and wait (and wait and wait) for someone to come and "assist" me to the bathroom. The bathroom had no camera but did have a microphone

I'm not complaining -- my hospital is part of a major medical university and has an enormous waiting list of people who want their VEEg and surgery there.
