I am so sorry for the pain and complications you are experiencing. I am sure you will get many responses from the kind folks here.

I don't have much helpful advice...but please take it easy. Take it slow. Don't over do. Communicate with you doctor so he knows what is going on.

What I can offer you are gentle .
