I too have been having the same problem. It is strange that you mention with spread because I have noticed an increase in sweating the last 3 weeks and now it has spread to my right elbow and shoulder and more intensely in my wrist and hand. I can't stand it. It is so embarrassing. My feet will be sweating and yet they are so cold. momof4
