I agree. The site by the retired guy though is a lot of a summary of the things he's reading up on. Which I appreciate since I don't have a lot of time to read!

As for the dr. rohde website, I haven't found a page that as clearly outlined a good strategy for how much to take for what level.

I, too, have seen some of those websites that seem to be 'repeated' info. These both have not been like those websites that seem to be a 'cut and paste' of the exact same info.
