Yup... I am gluten intolerant but no sign of enteropathy. Did the enterolab tests. My vitamin b12 is perfect but D was low, so am taking supplements for that. Even though I inherited a DQ1 from each of my parents, neither shows any signs of being gluten intolerant. So that still leaves me with lots of questions. I'm hoping the neuropathy is gluten related, but want to cover all bases in case there's something else "afoot" that I need to address.
