I do agree soaking up the sun is incredible for the body, it is better than a full body heating pad. I bet you feel great! I am so glad you enjoyed your vacation and was able to relieve your pain too. Last year my husband was transferred to Mississippi, (we live in Michigan), big difference. I was able to go and stay with him for a few months. Wonderful, pain was low, meds were low, I was in awe of the beauty of life again without all of the agony. So glad you are back I have missed your threads.
