All very good advice. I would also like to chim in that you may want to have your hormones checked too. I have a lesion in my hypothaliums(?) that makes my hormones go crazy. I had menopause type thing going on for 6 months, followed by excessive amounts of estrogen. It's weird. But I think that is what causes a lot of my fatigue.
