for lunch, i had a CHEESE sandwich on wheat

... with a few pink olives in hot oil!
no snacks, and "healthy" dinner tho -
- salmon filet, floured and sauteed... courtesy of mom
- sauteed tri-color bell pepper slivers with onions, oregano and basil (only 1 TEAspoon oil for the pan, and 1 portion is 1/6 of that.)
- sauteed zucchini and carrot slivers, with garlic and a little hot-pepper oil (from the spicy olives)
- about 1/2 a microwaved potato, peeled, cut up, with pepper and a little olive oil (i only made them for my parents, but dad didn't want as much as usual... so i had a bit to "help" :rolleyes"
- one square of dark chocolate for desert... courtesy of dad
