I'm more of a whimperer than a hollerer (good or bad, who knows) but I hear you, Sal, and send you cyber-hugs.

I try not to be gloomy or morbid, but some mornings you wake up and it just hits you: it isn't just the symptoms, though they get pretty old. I have a chronic debilitating disease. Anything can happen. ACK!

First I freak out, then I get mad, then I whimper, then I slap myself (figuratively speaking, of course), work very hard on counting my blessings, and then ratchet up my getting my ducks in a row. Just in case.

Reality stinketh sometimes.
