Great post MrsD, glad to read that people have benefited from your thread.
Mrs D, something you may want to try If you want to use more than one so you can lay on them in bed [ especially for the spine ], just place them in opposite poles so they push away from each other, I normally just set them up on a table first, put the first one down [ doesn't matter which pole ] then grab another and carefully place it down [ about 4 inches away holding both firmly] then just slowly push the second one towards the first one, if it starts to push the other one away that's perfect, if it starts to attract flip the second one over so it will push the first one away, the point at which it starts to move the first one is the distance I use when placing them on my body, creating a magnetic field of energy, any additional magnets gets done the same way.
