Thank you for starting this. I was active on the headache forum at the old BT. Anyway, I did Weight Watchers last year around t his time. I lost 25 pounds and have kept it off. However, the last few months have been difficult. I'm still hanging in there, but could use support. I don't count points anymore, but I watch my portions, avoid bread and pasta, eat sugar in moderation and exercise three to four times a week. It's really worth it.
