I had real bad issues w/ coccyx pain about 4 years ago, and it rears its ugly head from time to time. Mine came from a pilonidal cyst that I finally had removed (probably TMI). I found something like THIS and it made a huuuuuge difference. I like the memory foam one better than the one I got a walgreens.
