I went to the grocery last night and bought enough Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice dinners to last me a few weeks. I try to get the ones lowest in carbs but I did get a few that were not.
I also got some zucchini and yellow squash. I love to dice it up along with a vidalia onion and sautee it in just a dab of Smart Balance margarine. Sooooo good! And filling. But it does cause you to be a bit gassy!
Good think I'm alone most of the time!
