I, too, can feel my battery and grab a little of it with my thumb and finger. When you look at it, you also can see that something is 'sticking' out and it's not flat. I've had the implant for about 10 weeks and the battery area is still tender if touched too much or bumped. I'm not sure if the tenderness will ever go away since it isn't flat. I'm hoping that it will as the skin gets a little tougher around it but I don't know that for certain. Hopefully, someone will post who has more experience with this than I do.
