Asparagus and talapia are two of my favorite foods! I love the fish baked or grilled.....with some lemon pepper. YUM!!
I did pretty good yesterday. Had a Healthy Choice entree for lunch and then another one for dinner. Also had a snack of chopped zuccchini, yellow squash and onions sauteed in about a teaspoon of Smart Balance. Didn't eat after 6 PM and drank
lots of water. I am determined to get this last 15 pounds off before the middle of June.
